Why train at Read College?
Very simply, READ College has the highest success rate in the industry for getting our graduates into the UK’s top dance and drama colleges. More than 96% of all of our graduates have been offered places at leading Dance and Drama colleges, and we have an exceptional 100% exam success rate too.
As an independent college and a registered charity, READ was set up entirely to help students fulfill their potential and we have a very strong ethos of training students based on their talent and suitability to the industry, rather than on their ability to pay fees. We are not directly linked to any 3 year colleges but we enjoy excellent relationships with all of them, meaning that our students have regular sessions with guest tutors from most of the top Drama, Dance and Musical Theatre Colleges to help them prepare for their auditions.
We have three courses at READ, all designed to help students access the very best in further training:
1 Year Foundation Course in Acting
1 Year Foundation Course in Musical Theatre
2 Year Vocational 6th Form in Performing Arts
