Since 2001, Read Dance and Theatre College has been leading the way in Foundation Course Training for students wishing to pursue a career in Musical Theatre. Our unique, intensive one-year foundation course bridges the gap between part-time local dance schools/theatre schools and full-time, three-year vocational training.

We have developed excellent links with other dance colleges and drama schools including London Studio Centre, Arts Ed and GSA, all of whom send teachers from their 3 year courses to prepare our students for audition. In fact, around 80% of our graduates have successfully gone on to a funded place at some of the top Dance & Drama Colleges in the UK.
